PRE-SHAMPOO TREATMENT: massage it on the entire length of damp hair and on the scalp. Leave it on for at least 15 minutes, rinse and proceed with the shampoo. You can also use it as a conditioner. SHAMPOO: apply it on wet hair, massage and rinse. HAIR OIL: spray it on wet hair, 1-2 times if you have long hair, 1 time if you have short hair. You can also use it as a leave-in conditioner and as a body oil.
