A physical filter of mineral origin, titanium dioxide can be used to create stable, natural sunscreens that provide broad-spectrum protection in that it protects against both UVB and UVA rays. It is an ingredient approved by both Ecocert Greenlife and Cosmos for use in organic sun-protection products.
